Warner Bros. and the artist who created Mike Tyson’s absurd face tattoo have reached a settlement in their Hangover II copyright dispute. The terms of the agreement won’t be disclosed, but according to a statement, the parties have “amicably resolved” the suit. The initial lawsuit, filed by S. Victor Whitmill, alleged that Ed Helms’s character’s face tattoo infringed Whitmill’s copyrighted design. Now if only someone could amicably resolve how The Hangover II was so crummy and repetitive and yet so popular. [Esq./HR]
