After lampooning The Hangover, Green Lantern and every rom-com made in the last ten years in their previous trailers, The Muppets Official Trailer has all the karate, interspecies romance and Swedish chef your heart can hold. I don’t know about you, but I teared up when they started singing The Muppet Show theme song. Sure, it’s also 8:30am on a Monday morning and I can literally hear someone vomiting outside my window, but still! It’s exciting to think that it is possible to rework a beloved show from our childhoods without completely losing its artistic integrity. Oh and check it out, fart shoes!
