Laurence Fishburne won’t be back on CSI this coming season. The actor is not renewing his contract, though it’s not clear yet who if anyone will replace his Dr. Raymond Langston when the show moves to Wednesdays in the fall. Langston ended last season finally killing his serial-killer nemesis, so his exit is not particularly implausible, especially for CSI, which has seen its share of character exits. [Variety]
