Mark Romanek Isn’t Directing The Wolverine

That short list of directors for The Wolverine just lost a member: Mark Romanek — the Never Let Me Go helmer who felt like a long shot for the gig to begin with — has confirmed he will not be working on the movie. He says: "That's just one of those stories that floated around. I was on their list, I received the script months ago. It didn't seem like my kind of thing. That script was a terrific version of that kind of thing, but not something I felt really passionate about." Everyone else, please move one step closer to The Wolverine. [DigitalSpy]
