Ryan Murphy Says Glee’s Next Season Won’t Have Guest Stars

Ryan Murphy continues to make bold promises about the third season of Glee, which he says will be the last for almost all the regular cast members. In a new interview with TV Line, after promising that there will be fewer songs and more story arcs for characters like Mercedes and Tina, Murphy makes what is perhaps the most shocking declaration of all: "We’re not going to have any guest stars." No Susan Boyle as the lunch lady? No Javier Bardem as an aging metal rocker? After stunt-casting so successfully with Gwyneth Paltrow, can Murphy really wean himself off the celebrity sauce, or will Glee's big boss need to issue a take-back by September? [TV Line]
