And, as one could have predicted it would, it has come to this: Charlie Sheen will be the subject of the next Comedy Central Roast, filming September 10 and airing September 19 (the same night that the new Ashton Kutcher-led Two and a Half Men premieres). Sheen said in the press release, “You could say I’ve been providing kindling for this Roast for a while. It’s time to light it up. It’s going to be epic.” Certainly, it will be an epic night for brutal takedowns about how to throw away one’s career and a multi-million-dollar salary; also, an epic night for jokes that would have been timely six months ago. We wish comedians and The Situation luck in making fresh “Tiger Blood” zingers.
