Ethan Hawke has signed onto Scott Derrickson’s next horror thriller, which will be produced by Jason Blum, who previously produced the popular Insidious and Paranormal Activity movies. Derrickson, who will also write the film, last directed The Exorcism of Emily Rose, a sleeper hit. The plot details are being kept secret. Hawke’s never quite scared us before, but in the right lighting, if we show up to the movie drunk, his face could be a bit harrowing. [THR]
