Last week, Leighton Meester filed a lawsuit against her mom for using money set aside for her brother to pay for plastic surgery for herself. This being Hollywood and all, her mother, Constance Meester, fired back yesterday with a lawsuit of her own, claiming that she had “sacrificed her happiness” to support her daughter’s acting career.
