Meet Bob Dylan’s Rapping Grandson

His name is Pablo Dylan, he's 15, he just released his first mixtape, and he thinks his grandpapa is the "Jay-Z of his generation." Also: "From a musical and personal standpoint ... I have learned so much from him just listening to his records." (For the curious, here's the young'un's first single, "Top of the World." Wiz Khalifa is not mad at this.) As Pablo ventures further into the world, comparisons to Tom Hanks's rapping son Chet Haze will surely run rampant; and this will no doubt bother Tommy Hilfiger's rapping son Rich Hil, who just got signed to Warner Bros. More important, though: Does Pablo Dylan really think he has a shot at writing a song better than "One Headlight"? [AllHipHop via Guardian UK]
