Jonathan Rhys Meyers Hospitalized After Possible Suicide Attempt

Tudors star Jonathan Rhys Meyers was hospitalized this week after a possible suicide attempt, according to People. Meyers, believed to have taken pills and booze, was found at home, "slumped on the floor," by paramedics answering an emergency call. The actor reportedly refused treatment, but paramedics called the police, who escorted Meyers to a hospital where he was treated and released. Meyers has twice been to rehab for alcohol, and he's previously been arrested for public intoxication. Most recently cast in Belle Du Seigneur, Meyers hasn't been seen much since Tudors ended last year, but whenever he was spotted, he looked great. [People]
