Rhys Ifans Gets in Comic-Con Confrontation

It's been an odd weekend for actor Rhys Ifans, who's already a little bit of an off-kilter guy: Flown in to Comic-Con to promote his role as the villainous Lizard in The Amazing Spider-Man, Ifans uttered not a single word at the film's press conference, then said maybe five during Spidey's big Hall H panel. Perhaps his mind was on other things, since the Wrap is reporting that Ifans got in a scrap with a female security guard when she wouldn't let a member of his entourage back into the hall after a smoke break. Reps for Sony insist to Deadline that Ifans wasn't arrested, even though police were summoned. Still, it's not quite on the level of last year's Harry Potter stabbing, is it? [Wrap, Deadline]
