They scream, they insult, they sexually harass, they push off their work on their minions, and, even more unfortunately, they sign the checks: They're the Boss from Hell, a well-worn character who's popped up in countless workplace dramas and comedies. This week, the trope gets a workout with three new jerky iterations of the type arriving in Horrible Bosses, which features Jennifer Aniston as a kinky dentist, Colin Farrell as a manager who doesn't want to do any dirty work, and Kevin Spacey as a conniving executive. On the occasion of the film, we put together a cut of some of the awful, annoying, mean-spirited, and blood-pressure-raising bosses who have come before.
