James Franco is bringing his psychotic artist/hobo character “James Franco” back to General Hospital, even though just a few weeks ago he denied that he’d be revisiting Port Charles. This misdirection is probably part of another art or philosophy project that examines and undermines the nature of expectations. How very James Franco of him! Franco does indeed appear to be reprising his role as General Hospitals most fanciful serial killer, though by the looks of the bloody photo, perhaps he’s gotten — dramatic pause — a taste of his own medicine.
