According to EW, the Book of Mormon star will be featured this fall as a neighbor of the Dunphy clan who has “made all decisions in his life based on what Phil would do,” suggesting that his house is filled with an insane number of dangerously unsecured bookcases. Maybe the episode will have him stopping their house by for a cup of Claire’s overbearing screams?
