MTV Couldn’t Find a Host for the VMAs


The comedian who hosts MTV's Video Music Awards tends to offend either the assembled celebrities or the critics watching the show — often, both ’ but this time, the network won't have to worry about that kind of controversy. Why? Because MTV couldn't find anyone to host this weekend's ceremony, reports Billboard. As recently as the past week, the show's executive producer Amy Doyle was still searching for someone to step into the gig that in years past has gone to Russell Brand and Chelsea Handler, admitting, "It's going down to the wire ...
