It’s been a newsy 24 hours for the Scott family. Earlier, it was announced that Ridley had signed on to reboot his 1982 classic, Blade Runner. Now, reports are saying that brother Tony will remake Sam Peckinpah’s gory 1969 Western, a one-last-heist story about a group of aging outlaws. Roving gangs of violent dudes seem to be an interest of Scott’s, whose next project is a movie about the Hell’s Angels. His agenda is also rumored to include a new version of his own contribution to the eighties canon, Top Gun. Just a hunch, but we bet that Mother Scott was the type to always save leftovers.
