Continuing his string of successes as a straight-laced nerd thrown into a pit of debauchery, Ed Helms will star in Le Mac, a remake of the French caper film released just last year. That must be some good source material! In addition to producing the movie for Ben Stiller’s Red Hour production company, Variety reports that Helms “will star as a mild-mannered banker forced to masquerade as a notorious gangster and pimp,” a role which sounds like it will make him extremely, almost paralyzingly flustered.
