Steven Spielberg has a new excuse for the delay on his long-gestating Abraham Lincoln biopic, which is set to start shooting in Virginia this fall. Apparently, the director is worried that the film will be too influential. Or, as he explained to the Orlando Sentinel, “The movie will be purposely coming out after next year’s election.
