Sons of Perdition

Sons of Perdition, the documentary about polygamist preacher Warren Jeffs and his adult/minor marriage cult, premiered at Tribeca earlier this year and has yet to find a theatrical release. The Future, Miranda July’s sophomore film about two thirtysomething drifters and their potential cat, premiered in August with modest success. Friends With Benefits, one of this year’s two rom-coms about casual sex, opened in wide release in July to pretty good reviews and really good box office.
