The Smoking Gun has gotten its hands on another rider, this time from universally beloved Adele’s 21 tour (which was canceled halfway through owing to vocal issues). Without question, the highlight of the fairly standard demands is Adele’s war against Bud Heavy: “North American beer is NOT acceptable,” the rider notes on page two, along with a specification that the crew’s “local lager” not include “Budweiser, Miller, or similar ‘National’ brand.” Other notable requests: “NO CHARDONNAY,” non-organic honey, Aero bars (do we have those in the U.S.?), and a pack of Marlboro Lights for Adele’s dressing room. Plus, she makes promotional ticket holders donate to charity. Class act, that one.
