In this excellent PSA for the Alamo Drafthouse, Jason Reitman kicks Patton Oswalt out of a theater for texting during the movie. “There’s no need for you!” It’s followed by an incredible reading of a customer voicemail that uncovers the massive scam perpetrated by the theater to rip people off by …kicking them out of movies when they’re breaking the rules! This would NEVER happen in a reglear theater. Because that isn’t a word.
