Ludacris Getting Into the Airport Restaurant Business

Late last night, after teasing a major announcement for the better part of two days, the rapper and New Year's Eve star tweeted that he will be opening a restaurant in Concourse D of the Atlanta airport. The relevant quote: "Im taking my restaurateur footprint into the busiest airport in the WORLD! Hartsfiled-Jacson ATL International! Chicken & Beer coming soon!" And a follow-up: "WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THE BUSIEST AIRPORT ON THE PLANET!! THIS IS HISTORY!! #chickenandbeer" According to the Wikipedia page "World's busiest airport," this last tweet could actually be true, but regardless, Vulture congratulates the travelers to Concourse D, who have heretofore had to travel one terminal over for Popeye's, or make do with Au Bon Pain. It's no Wahlburgers, but it's an upgrade for sure.
