Ricky Gervais spent most of last year crowing about how wicked he was hosting the 2011 Golden Globes, and the rest of it warning just how more wicked he would be when hosting this year's. Well, he probably oversold just how brutal he'd be to the stars in the room (targets like Eddie Murphy and Kim Kardashian couldn’t make the roasting), but he did get off some good jabs.
