You’ll Have to Wait a Little Longer for Machete in Space

Though Robert Rodriguez hyped the spectacularly titled Machete Kills Again ... in Space to Vulture last summer at Comic-Con, he warned there would be another film in Danny Trejo's improbable series first. Now Deadline confirms it: Machete Kills is on rails and could start shooting this April, and the trilogy plan remains intact. “The fan response to the Machete character has been fanatical since his first appearance,” Rodriguez says. “Machete is truly a super hero and Machete Kills will be bigger and more ambitious than the first time.”
