Matt Weiner's impenetrable force field of Mad Men secretiveness and maddening vagaries has finally revealed a small weak spot: The showrunner disclosed the tiniest of January Jones-related morsels in a new interview with the Huffington Post's Maureen Ryan. "We had to move [shooting order] around because of January's pregnancy," Weiner says. "She was out for a chunk of the season, and she should be allowed to be ... She's not in [the season] that much, but you know, that's a biological reality." We've been wondering how the show would handle Jones's pregnancy, and now we sort of know, kind of, a little. Weiner denies that this in any way tarnishes his no-spoiler track record. "[January Jones's reduced role] is not a scoop. I mean, I think people know that," Weiner insisted. We'll take what we can get, pal.
