The former Jay-Z business partner is facing a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 40 for conspiracy to distribute more than 1,000 kilos of marijuana. That figure was reduced to 100 kilograms under the terms of this plea agreement. "Burke was nabbed with more than 50 others in a federal drug sting called 'Operation Green Venom,'" the New York Daily News reports, "which targeted a massive drug trafficking operation that dominated much of the wholesale pot market in the city." Feds are also taking Burke's cash ($660,000), real estate (a North Bergen, New Jersey property), and car (2010 BMW 750). Will the feds please take that BMW to the body shop, add some decals, and drag petty criminals away in the Green Venom mobile?
