From the Fix, another update on Courtney Love's messy personal-slash-financial situation: Love apparently lost publicity rights to Kurt Cobain's name, likeness, and appearance back in 2010. Estranged daughter Frances Bean inherited the rights after Love agreed to step down from the business that controls his image in exchange for a $2.75 million loan from Bean's trust. She won't regain control until she repays the loan. This situation continues to be sad.
