Last week, Lil Wayne caused a small ruckus after he was turned away from an NBA playoff game, claiming that he’d been “denied by [the Oklahoma City Thunder] to be in their arena” and implying light racism on the part of the team. Several OC Thunder players — including national sweetheart Kevin Durant — apologized, Wayne had courtside seats for last night’s Finals game against the Miami Heat, and all seemed resolved. Except Wayne’s still mad: “Again I was treated like sh!t by the Thunder arena staff…dam..I hope da Heat beat da dog sh!t out em!!” So either Oklahoma City residents are in fact very rude, or the Miami Heat’s long con to recruit fans is finally working. Or both.
