The unexpected (but totally welcome!) release of Channel Orange — a week before its official due date — was not the only trick that the charming and preternaturally soulful Frank Ocean had up his sleeve last night. He also made his national television debut on Jimmy Fallon, performing "Bad Religion," the Channel Orange track that reportedly led to Ocean's moving coming-out letter last week. If the recent attention has affected Ocean at all, he didn't let it show last night — he was all poise, even as he basically poured his heart out on the stage for benefit of the Fallon audience. So many feelings. And a string section! This is a special five minutes; don't let us keep you.
