Kathie Lee Gifford took time out of her busy schedule of making crazy eyes to write a musical, and now the fruit of her efforts is coming to Broadway. That Broadway. The real Broadway! Gifford's show, Scandalous, is set to open November 15, she announced on Today this morning. The show stars Tony nominee Carolee Carmello as Aimee Semple McPherson, a real Pentecostal evangelist from the early twentieth century who was accused of faking her own kidnapping in 1926. Apparently, the show is not half bad. Oh, Hoda, where is your musical?
