Now that their adult counterparts have successfully negotiated for salary increases, the child stars of ABC's Modern Family are looking to do the same. Sources say 13-year-old Rico Rodriguez (Manny), 13-year-old Nolan Gould (Luke), 14-year-old Ariel Winter (Alex), and 21-year-old Sarah Hyland (who plays Hayley and is more of a young adult) will begin talking to the show's studio, 20th Century Fox, about the subject next week, though their conversations are expected to be less "contentious" than those of the grown-up actors.
