When last we checked in with Lana, she was playing Jackie (and Marilyn) with the very handsome A$AP Rocky in the video for "National Anthem." That did not turn out so well, because of, you know, history. Before "National Anthem," she was hanging around an abandoned pool with some creepy-looking figure in the "Blue Jeans" remake; we're not totally sure what happened there, but the scene didn't exactly bode well for Lana. And "Born to Die" showed her reenacting some sort of weird cult driving ritual with yet another deadbeat (and some tigers). So, here we are at the video for "Summertime Sadness," in which Lana Del Rey yet again finds herself at the tail end of a particularly disastrous relationship — this time with the actress Jaime King (who is really working that red-tiered maxi dress). At least there are lovey-dovey Instagram flashbacks this time? They were happy once, or something.
