Quvenzhané Wallis may become the youngest person ever nominated for an Oscar thanks to her acclaimed performance in Beasts of the Southern Wild, but in the meantime, the 8-year-old actress is hardly resting on her laurels: Shadow and Act reports that she's joined Twelve Years a Slave from director Steve McQueen (Shame), where she'll star opposite Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Fassbender, and Brad Pitt.
