Modern Family's Sofia Vergara is helping adapt the Argentinean series Mueres Mujeres Asesinas for ABC. Rechristened Killer Women, the hour-long project will focus on a female Texas ranger. Vergara will executive produce; her only existing production credit is for the Spanish-language version of Desperate Housewives, Amas de Casa Desesperadas, which she also acted in.
