Now Benedict Cumberbatch May Play Julian Assange

So much for Jeremy Renner: Deadline is reporting that Benedict Cumberbatch is now the front-runner to play WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in a biopic to be directed by Bill Condon. The Killing's Joel Kinnaman is also said to be circling the other lead; he'd play Daniel Domscheit-Berg, who served as the spokesman for WikiLeaks. Will they make out? Probably not. (Gotta save something for the sequel.)
