Two car incidents and a jewelry heist ago, Lindsay Lohan told police officers that she was not driving the rental Porsche that rear-ended an eighteen-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway last June. Witnesses disagreed, the cops decided Lohan was lying (which, remember, is a misdemeanor when authorities are involved), and five months later TMZ reports that Lindsay will be charged for the crime. Yes, Lohan is still on probation from the first jewelry heist; yes, this means she’d face more jail time; yes, you’ve read that sentence a lot this year.
