It appears that The Killing has been un-canceled. Showrunner Veena Sud and executive producers Dawn Prestwich and Nicole Yorkin are actively working on a third season and are back in the writers’ room, according to Variety. AMC initially canned the show back in July, but then Netflix and DirecTV started sniffing around.
