Angelina Jolie is looking to follow up In the Land of Blood and Honey with Unbroken, “the unbelievable story of Olympian-turned-WWII POW Louis Zamperini.” Deadline writes the project has been in the mix at Universal for 55 years. The screenplay originated with Richard LaGravenese (Beloved, Water for Elephants) and was recently rewritten by Gladiator and Les Misérables scribe William Nicholson. No word yet on if Jolie would act as well.
