Ashton Kutcher’s indie take on the life of Steve Jobs, titled jOBS, now has a distributor in Open Road Films and an April release. The Joshua Michael Stern-directed biopic will also close the Sundance Film Festival on Jan. 27. Appearing alongside the Kutch are J.K. Simmons, Dermot Mulroney, Josh Gad, Lukas Haas, and Matthew Modine. (And no, don’t ask — Aaron Sorkin’s Steve Jobs movie is nowhere near release.)
