Showtime has ordered new seasons of Shameless, Californication, and House of Lies, the network announced today. Shameless is currently in its third season, Californication is now in its sixth season (good Lord, it’s been an eternity), and House of Lies — which recently earned Don Cheadle a Golden Globe — is in its second. Could this mean it’s finally time for America to give Shameless a real chance? One hopes! But we’re not counting on it.
