Real science: If there aren’t at least three adaptations of Dracula in the works at any given time, the planet combusts. Universal is doing its part to keep our world safe by presenting a new version of Vlad — a version different from NBC’s series version and Eli Roth’s Harker — with Luke Evans as Dracula. (Evans also just signed on to lead a remake of The Crow. Dark dude.) Now Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter’s Dominic Cooper is negotiating to co-star, because once you start killing vampires onscreen, it’s hard to stop. The film will be the feature debut for Ireland’s Gary Shore.
