Aaron Sorkin’s office is really luxurious, as detailed in the new issue of Architectural Digest. According to designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, “Aaron loves that 1940s writer’s atelier vibe,” though surely we all love that. Do we all have pictures of ourselves on the walls of our offices, though? No, but then we don’t have custom-built trophy cabinets, either, to hold all our awards. The office is lovely — again, if the “1940s writer’s atelier vibe” is your thing — but by far the most noteworthy accoutrement is the cigarette bowl and ashtray, indicating that Aaron Sorkin gets to smoke inside.
