Here we go: TMZ reports that Chris Brown has been charged with two misdemeanors after his involvement in a fender-bender last month. Brown allegedly rear-ended a Mercedes, then refused to hand over his insurance information; he was also apparently driving without a valid license. If convicted, Brown would face jail time for violating the terms of his Rihanna probation. For his part, Brown is denying the claims on Twitter, and he has also changed his avatar to a picture of the driver in question, because of course he has.
