Justin Bieber’s latest legal woes involve a paparazzo who claims the swaggy singer assaulted him in a Calabasas shopping center last year. According to Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran’s suit, Bieber was on a date with Selena Gomez when he encountered the photographer in the parking lot; he got out of his car, allegedly delivered “a martial-arts-type kick” to his gut, and then punched him in the face. Duran is seeking damages for “severe and extreme emotional distress.”
