Terry Gilliam is great at making weird movies and Christoph Waltz is great at being weird. Their upcoming movie, The Zero Theorem, is a match made in Weird Heaven. In it, Waltz plays Qohen Leth, a completely hairless eccentric computer genius, who lives in some shiny future dystopia and is asked to prove a mathematical formula that proves whether life has any meaning. If this weren't hard enough, Leth is distracted by the seductive Melanie Thierry. Tilda Swinton and Matt Damon also cameo as future people. The trailer first leaked last summer, but this is the real deal. There's still no word on a U.S. release date. Until then, life remains meaningless.
