They’re Rebooting The Butterfly Effect

Yesterday somewhere in Madagascar a butterfly flapped its wing, setting off a chain reaction across the globe that led to a development executive deciding to reboot 2004's The Butterfly Effect. Variety reports the original's co-writer and co-director Eric Bress is currently writing the script. No word on plot, director, or whether Ashton Kutcher and Amy Smart are returning; however, let's all agree to travel back in time and change stuff, until we get the reboot of our dreams. Or until our nose starts to bleed.
