‘Blurred Lines’ Has Been No. 1 for 12 Weeks Now

For some historical perspective, that ties Robin Thicke's Song of Summer with the Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow," Usher's "Yeah!," Eminem's "Lose Yourself," and Santana's "Smooth" for the fourth-longest streak in chart history. He's only four weeks from the record (which currently belongs to the immortal "One Sweet Day" by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men). But then Katy Perry's "Roar" is at No. 2, and she has the eye of the tiger, etc. We would not bet against her.
