Next season’s Bachelor will be Juan Pablo Galavis, the franchise revealed last night in the always engrossing After the Final Rose extravaganza. Galavis, 32, is a former professional soccer player who was eliminated from this season of The Bachelorette in the sixth episode, ironically right after a soccer match. (Really.) He has a 4-year-old daughter and an alluring Venezuelan accent, though viewers got to hear very little of it this season, since he had pretty much no screen time. His season of The Bachelor — the series’$2 18th, believe it or not — will kick off in January.
