The Twilight Zone Movie Finds New Director

The Hollywood Reporter writes that Oblivion director Joseph Kosinski is in talks to direct a feature based on The Twilight Zone. Matt Reeves was first attached to direct but left the project to work on Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Leonardo DiCaprio is producing via his production company, Appian Way. There’s no word yet on a plot or, even, whether it will be a new story or an update of one of the series’ classics — like, maybe, the last man on Earth finds himself in a workable movie theater, with all the 3-D movies he can watch, but then he stumbles and the only surviving pair of 3-D glasses breaks, and he cries, “That's not fair. That's not fair at all. There was time now. There was all the time I needed to watch Pacific Rim.”
