It was only a matter of time before a cross between The Money Pit, Animal House, and Jackass made its way into theaters. That film concept turned out to be Neighbors, a new release starring Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron. Basically, Rogen and Byrne are yuppie new parents, whose idyllic move to the ‘burbs is interrupted by an Efron-led fraternity moving in next door. From the red-band trailer, it looks like the Nicholas Stoller picture will offer gratuitous sex, shirtless lawn debauchery, and a baby accidentally eating a condom (just your typical frat party fare, really). Amid scenes with Lisa Kudrow, James Dave Franco, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, expect to wonder if airbags can really make you jump that high when Neighbors opens May 9, 2014.
